Practice makes Poshmark
Hi… I tried something new. It was exhausting but Pier helped me stay the course. She taught me some of her NYU Lighting Skills. I’ll keep practicing with clothes and other items. I’m going to add many of these things to my Poshmark. Thank you Traka for giving me the gift of the light set two years ago, #notimelikethepresent. Grateful for friends that encourage and support me, y’all know who you are, love y’all.
Note the progression, as the hours passed the images and placement got better. Remember to spend time with you and to have patience with yourself and the process.
An aside, many of these items are from my trip to Senegal in 2019. I had a wonderful time shopping, it was the first time I’d ever bartered. It didn’t feel like I expected it to feel, it was nerve-wracking and fun. Never felt that sensation before. I want to write more to process what this really meant to me.
On Sundays, we shoot.
